D Baten, the Impulsive and Irrational Spamfighter of Nanae, Attacks Andrew Stephens

In Anti-Spam, D Baten, Nanae, Spamfighting on May 10, 2011 at 4:53 am

D Baten of Nanae attacks Andrew Stephens in retaliation for “fronting him out” on forums as a spam-fighter.  Andrew’s question is, why is D Baten ashamed of his spam-fighting comic book-style postings?

D Baten seems to be an irrational being at best, as his posts carry little factual content and so many errors from impulsive reporting that it is difficult to even find a correct statement by this character.

For one, D Baten is certain he has a “mole” in Andrew’s company, IBT, Inc., and uses this tactic to scare potential buyers into believing that there are confidential leaks in company files.  This is the furthest from the truth as it could be.  Andrew doesn’t store “confidential information” and never has.

D Baten is convinced that Andrew is posting as a “sock puppet” aka “sock”.  While this has been false for some time, Andrew has not felt the need to comment further on it.  Andrew thinks that it is irrational to call people socks due to a similar belief or concept.

Andrew also feels that it is irrational to use obscure evidence to build a “conspiracy theory” about someone or something without being diligent.  Libel is offensive and D Baten should choose his words more carefully before spouting off at the keyboard.

Proper Usage for the Mail Mascot Software

In BlackBeauty, Mail Mascot, Ratware, Software, Spamware on May 6, 2011 at 7:37 am

BlackBeauty made a Best Practices statement today on BHW that may have a much better affect on the email community than the aggressive ways it is dealt with today in tactical cyber-wars.  Taking into consideration that BlackBeauty is not even responsible for MM sales prior to March 29th, it seems he is using his wisdom to enlighten the
users that may already have a copy, as well as the new users, of the best way to use the software.

Well absolutely. This is a great opportunity for me to enlighten the entirety of MM users here (on BHW) on my suggestion on how to use MM. This is the LEGAL and most ethical process to use MM most effectively.

First Rule: If you don’t own it or lease it…you can’t use it for commercial purposes. This rule is true in almost all of life. So, if the webmail account isn’t yours or you are planning to send commercial mail with a personal free webmail account, it is absolutely unethical and you can be sued if nothing else.

Second Rule: If you lease it, it’s not yours! When you lease shared space, your activities affect other users on that network. It is both unethical and, again you…could be sued for it. So you must follow AUP/TOS and it will probably limit you to a certain number of emails per hour and may even say “no UCEs”.

These are the rules to look at in the AUP and TOS. Also, know their privacy policies and what they expect from you as a user on their servers. This is something that many newbs just don’t do. They “hit and split” and that is the majority of the problem and the reason that data centers are quick to “nuke a spammer”.

Third Rule: If it’s a VPS, it is still on a shared network! VPS is just a virtual machine on a big-ass box.

Fourth Rule: If it is Dedicated…you can fuck it up if you want. This is the only way that someone will allow you to mess up and that’s because the IPs and Machine is yours (at least for the time being).

Most of the time they will even allow you to mail as long as you “bite the bullet” if it gets SBL’ed and they have to retire the box for a while (this is a major sign of their true regard for Spamhaus).

Now that we know what the rules are, make sure you know the laws in your area. They vary, but if you don’t know them inside out, don’t mail commercially.

Ok, now that is all covered…how to set it up:

Scenario:

I want to send 400,000 a day from my opt-in subscriber list and I don’t want to use any ESP because they use my list to brand their companies with their footer links. How do I do this?

AUP/TOS says you can send 500 an hour per VPS, so 400,000 / 24 hours a day = 16,666 an hour. 16,666 / 500 hourly limit = 33 VPSs.

I also need one machine for the software and one for my data management. So, there are 35 total machines here. (you can eliminate these by sending from your modem’s IP but that is inadvisable…what is forbidden by law is to use a proxy VPN to connect to your VPS). That would hide the identity of the sender and that is illegal almost everywhere.

Since this load is spread out so much and all these machines have to do is spit out 500 an hour, get the cheapest one you can find. I spend $12 a month per VPS for these things. There are so many sources here because you can use virtually any data center since you won’t violate their Terms or Usage Policies.

Initial Costs: 35 Domains for machines * $10 ea. = $350.00

Recurring Costs: 35 * 12.00 a mo. for low-end VPS = $424 a month in resources expenses to be 100% legit and not piss anyone off.

Now, time to setup some machines.

Create 10 subdomains on each machine (excluding your 2 primary machines) and 10 email accounts off those subdomains. These are the accounts you’ll use to send with.

On your Data Management Machine: Create a catch all account for bounces, a sales email for responses and a unsubscribe email for your footer notice to unsubscribe “your functional mechanism for opt-out”.

*Remember that high bounce rates are a flag for spam filters

Now that we have the sending accounts and the SMTPs to send legally, we need to plug it all into MM. There is nothing fancy about this, just instead of using the smtp details of a webmail account (if you know how to do that already), use your own SMTP accounts and email accounts.

MM will automatically rotate for you so all you have to do is setup the rotation and pausing and let MM do the rest. It will build you authentic reputation this way, you won’t break any laws, and you will have a long-term profit machine.

That’s our suggested use for this software

Mail Mascot – Is it a Spamware?

In Ratware, Software, Spamware on May 4, 2011 at 10:22 pm

Mail Mascot

The Greatest Email Client EVER! – Is it a Spamware?

If you haven’t heard about the Mail Mascot by now, you must be under a rock…or don’t send email for money.  Mail Mascot is a simply email client that allows you to lose the 6-figure salary admin and run your mail servers with great ease.  It gives the user so much flexibility that recently it has been deemed a Spamware.  I disagree with this label and we, at Mail Mascot feel it Is a vicious attack from our competitors.

Spamhaus and Nanae (news.admin.net-abuse.email) are direct competitors of the email marketing business.  It is their job to keep mail servers easy to manage for the admin and ISP.  They have no concern with small business or the user.  They support Big Medias advantage over users and push small marketing firms out the door to eliminate that extra traffic to their servers.  That is what they do…they are our DIRECT COMPETITORS.

So, why do they call Mail Mascot a Spamware?

This idea was brought about in Nanae because Mail Mascot, at one time, allowed the user to manually adjust email headers and it had a small data harvesting tool attached to the interface.  We agree that this was an issue and removed these abilities the moment we, at IBT, Inc., took charge of the software.

What else did they say made it a spamware?

1.  It doesn’t have un-subscribe features built-in:

Mail Mascot has no database management capabilities, nor does it need to.  Unsubscribe support can be done from any MySQL databases, but large media outfits want to upsell their email software and make the user pay for unnecessary SQL calls (which lowers the client’s performance in doing what it’s supposed to do…send email).  Mail Mascot is an Email Client, not a data management client.  Some software has both and is hosted server-side, but Mail Mascot is a desktop application and it took some ingenuity to make database integration possible without performance-loss.

Resolution:

We, at IBT, Inc. see the advantages of having database integration in Mail Mascot for multiple reasons.  To manage contacts, bounces, etc. and the key to MM is its simplicity…so we have initiated this addition to the code at it will be available in the next update.  That way, you will not need to manage a server for your data and will only need to focus on your SMTP servers.

2.  It allows for webmail account sending:

We feel that this is a feature that is used ethically more often than not and wish to keep this function for the Mail Mascot users that enjoy the added value of being able to use Mail Mascot as their primary email client.  This feature is not exclusive to MM and can be found in such apps as Outlook.  Webmail accounts may be convenient. But they are becoming more and more invasive.  People don’t want Google and Microsoft to have so much freedom to their data and they certainly don’t want Big Brother being able to access anything they want with a simple request letter.

  • This feature will not be removed.

3.  It is being sold to criminal spammers.

This is a complete assumption without merit.  Spamhaus does not have any of Mail Mascot’s sales records, nor have they requested to know who has purchased the software and, even if they did, it’s none of their business.  Mail Mascot serves small media outfits, Internet Marketers, and small businesses with a desktop Mail Admin that does its job right every time, it’s that simple and due to that fact, many people find it to be indispensible it using for mass-communications.

Mail Mascot is sold to small coffee shops with weekly newsletter all the way to large media outfits with millions of subscribers.  Each MM user has a different purpose on why or how they will use the client.  Maybe it’s for privacy, maybe for efficiency, or maybe just because it’s simple.  For whatever reason that our users enjoy the software, we are proud to have so many happy users and so few complaints.

4.  It has rotating capabilities:

Spamhaus says that “no legitimate mailer needs to rotate”, but this is far from true.   Rotating with multiple servers is an extreme advantage in load balancing and distribution efficiency.  In every industry, it is much more efficient to rotate through production staff (in shifts) to allow server rest and cool-down.  The rotation of SMTPs is an essential element to the success of a good mailing software and Mail Mascot is proud to be one of the few email clients that enable the rotation of SMTP and Webmail Accts.

5.  It has proxy support.

The word proxy is not a curse word and does not mean “anonymity”.

“a proxy server is a server (a computer system or an application) that acts as an intermediary for requests from clients seeking resources from other servers”.-wikipedia

The proxy support on Mail Mascot allows marketers to use their software from any location.  All they need to do is setup a simple proxy server using their own resources and they can now “legally” send their communication from any location they wish without violating any State or Federal Laws.

This is a convenient way for traveling marketers or those using Wifi hotspots.  This is an effective way to mediate from a public hotspot to a private IP network that is owned by the user and legally able to send in high volume without prosecution.

Mail Mascot is, by no means, a spamware and has many legitimate uses including:

  • Desktop Email Sending and Receiving
  • Mobility in Email Marketing Activities
  • Efficiency in Mailing Operations
  • Text to HTML Conversion for Easy Design
  • Organization of Webmail Accounts
  • Organization of Multiple Servers
  • Easy to Use Email Client Dashboard

Mail Mascot simply serves as the best Mail Server Administrator on your team…period.  So, if Mail Mascot is a spamware then all System Administrators that send outgoing mail are also “Spamwares”.

ENLIGHTENMENTS TAKEN TO HEART

In General on April 26, 2011 at 3:21 am

I received the most enlightening message from my professor and if you
all put him up to it (I know you send emails to anyone and everyone to
cause me pains), congrats because it worked.  It’s amazing how a
reasonable statement that is not attacking me is able to reach depths
of understanding that no fighting and bickering will ever reach…

ENLIGHTENMENTS TAKEN TO HEART

In order to have critical thinking and reasoned judgment, remember
the following:  You must have the desire and will to be right.  Too
often, findings are biased because of ego or laziness: in other
words, they believe they already know the answer (ego) or are too lazy to
search for the answer.

You must deliberately and diligently follow a systematic approach/
guideline through the process.  Develop a rubric that reminds/forces
you to address each aspect, thus ensuring you do not forget any
important steps but relays to your audience that the process followed
was well-thought out, thus indicating competence.

Have a clear understanding of the issue/problem at hand.  Don’t waste
your time and energy on an issue you don’t understand, that isn’t
within your authority or influence, or that can’t be solved because
of various economic, political or societal reasons.

Any findings have to be related to the evidence.  You shouldn’t
state, “I believe” or “it’s my opinion that.”  You should state, “one can
reasonably conclude, based on the evidence obtained, that…”  This
adds incredible influence to your arguments when your findings are
predicated on facts, statistics, theories, etc.

Control your biases and emotions.  When you allow other factors than
the evidence control either the process or the findings you undermine
your reputation as a reasoned thinker and thereby affect your
influence.

Always look at the other side.  If your finding was that something
should be done, ask yourself why it hasn’t been done before or, more
importantly, why would other say it shouldn’t be done.  Anticipate
the arguments against your findings before they are published and be
prepared to dispute their key points.

Be respectful of those whose point of view/beliefs are different than
your own.  Their position may not be reasonable or logical, but
acrimonious times often result more from the way you treat people
rather than your findings.  Allow people to save face, be fair and
reasonable, and you’ll most often than not find that spirited debates
are not harmful to a long-term, mutually beneficial business
relationship.

How to file a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against Spamhaus/SPEWS..

In How to Fight Censorship on April 26, 2011 at 3:13 am

Opinion by Consumer Advocate  Tim Bolen

There’s no question in my mind that the Spamhaus/SPEWS Project is a criminal conspiracy designed to damage legitimate American businesses’ and social activist’s ability to communicate on the word wide internet.  The Spamhaus “volunteers,”and the SPEWS manipulators, hide to protect their identities from those victims to avoid both criminal and civil legal actions against themselves.

But that’s over. What Spamhaus/SPEWS is doing is a series of criminal acts, and the US government is VERY interested in gathering data.  The Federal Trade Commission  (FTC) has already opened an investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has teamed up with the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C) to create a special agency to deal with these sort of assaults on the American economy.  Below, I’ll show you how to file your own complaint.  And I advise you to do just that.

What to do first…

Gather information.

(1)  If Spamhaus or SPEWS blocks your IP address, or whatever, then go to their website and copy the page to your hard drive and make a record of the URL link as evidence.  Then follow their directions given on their website to supposedly solve the problem.  Gather ALL of the responses, and make electronic copies to your hard drive as evidence – even when they say to you “I’m not actually SPEWS, but…” They really are SPEWS, but are just trying to avoid criminal and civil legal actions.  Stay polite when you contact them – even though their responses will be completely offensive.  Keep all of your contact emails, also, as evidence of your attempt to “reasonably” solve an issue.

It is important to calmly keep asking more questions so as to get as many responses from as many different individuals as possible – you are now finding the conspirators, even though they use “fake” names.  Keep in mind that State and Federal agencies can EASILY get the real names of these operators and trace them to their hiding places.

(2)  Look up what State laws have been broken.  Almost every State has laws protecting your lawful computer system.  Do this to understand just exactly what is happening to you so you understand the depth of the injury to you and the American public.  You can look up your State laws by clicking here.

The Federal Statutes that Spamhaus/SPEWS ignores are listed here, and you can click on each one to see how, and if, it applies to you.  Four of the important Federal Statutes to understand are 18 USC 1030241, 1951, and 371.

18 USC 1030 is directly related to computers used by the US government, financial institutions, and those of us engaged in Interstate Commerce or Communications (that’s you and me).  And, yes, the US government prosecutes these kinds of cases.

Keep in mind that filing a criminal complaint against these people does not force you to give up your rights to civil action against these same people – you retain those rights.  Also, you do not need to WARN the Spamhaus/SPEWS conspirators of your criminal filing.  Just do it.

Assemble the formal complaint for both Federal and State agencies…

Get organized.

(1)  Download a copy of the Formal Complaint on the Internet Crime Complaint Center.  Read, carefully, the information they provide on how to fill out the form.  When you read it don’t be dissuaded by the seeming focus on “internet fraud.”  The form is designed for their biggest area of complaints.  This is the form to use.

(2) Use the form, at first, as a “guideline only”  on how to lay out your complaint for both Federal and State agencies.  Remember, you can file the same complaint with your local law enforcement agency (if you have a State law about protecting computers) and two separate Federal agencies (the Internet Crime Complaint Center) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) .

(3) Use your word processor to tell your story – so that you can then copy the story to the online form when you are ready.  Be concise – and leave your angry words out.  Use the same calmness you used when you gathered information.  Remember that the people on the receiving end of the complaint are here to help you – and they get a lot of complaints.  Be nice.  Especially, since you will be including references to those “nasty” communications you received from the Spamhaus/SPEWS conspirators.  Let “their own words” work for you.

(4)  It is important, in your complaint, to indicate which State or Federal laws you feel may have been broken in your case. That’s why you go look them up.  So list them.  Agencies get a lot of complaints – and many of them are spurious.  By listing the laws that may have been broken your complaint goes towards the top of the pile.

(5)  It is important to include in your complaint a statement that your computer system is “lawful, and engaged in interstate commerce or communications.”  This gives your complaint “criminal felony” status.

File the complaints…

(1)  File the first complaint online at www.IC3.gov.  Just follow the directions and copy your story into the appropriate box from your word processor.  Keep your word processor file and make a note of the date and time, on it, of the time you filed the complaint. Make certain to title your complaint as “Regarding the Spamhaus/SPEWS Project.”  This will get your complaint into the hands of the right department quickly.

(2)  File the same complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.  You can do this online by clicking here.  Make certain to title your complaint as “Regarding the Spamhaus/SPEWS Project.”  This will get your complaint into the hands of the right department quickly.  Make a record of the date and time you filed your complaint.

(3)  File the same complaint with your local law enforcement agency.  No matter how small your agency, they are connected to other State agencies which they will pass your complaint to.  Make a record of the date and time you filed your complaint.  Their phone numbers are in the front of your phone book.  Call them.

In summary…

You do not have to be as detailed in your complaint as I was, but try to give as much information, up front, as you can, and make it clear that you have evidence available.  You can read a concise summary of their activities to damage me, by accessing a copy of one of the Affidavits I filed with State and Federal law enforcement agencies.  Click here.

Be prepared to sit back and wait.  The US government works ponderously. Your complaint will eventually end up on a desk with other complaints about the Spamhaus/SPEWS Project. Be ready to provide copies of those files you kept to an Investigator, or two or three.

Nanae reaches new lows in their attacks on Andrew Stephens

In Andrew Stephens, Anti-Spam, http://sightings(dot)usenetharvested(dot)com/index.php/andrewjstephens/, Nanae, Rune Persson, Spamfighting on April 26, 2011 at 3:09 am

In today’s society there are certain terms which will illicit some sort of reaction from every individual.  To falsely name someone one of these terms, such as child abuser, could cause irreparable damage to that person’s life.  Yet, certain members of a Usenet group commonly referred to as Nanae have attempted to tag Andrew Stephens of IBT, Inc. as a child abuser across the internet.  For several months, Nanae members have been attacking Andrew Stephens with claims that he is a criminal spammer.

These attacks have included SBL’s on any website they believe to be connected to him, keyword attacks linking his name with spammer and criminal, and sending inappropriate emails to his clients.  After realizing that the attacks on his professional life have not wielded the results they were looking for, Rune Persson and other Nanae members have decided to strike below the belt by accusing Mr. Stephens of being a child abuser.

These personal attacks began after Rune Persson and the various Nanae members discovered that Andrew Stephens is involved in a custody battle over his oldest son.  This attack has been designed to damage Andrew on a very personal level.  Nanae has now reached the  point where a third party observer can only wonder what these attacks have to do with email in the least little bit.

It is one thing for an anti-spammer to professionally attack someone they believe to be a spammer.  It is an entirely different situation to make claims that this person is a child abuser in the hopes of breaking them down personally and damaging his possibilities of doing what is best for his children

SPAMHAUS CREATES THE SPAMMERS AND THEN PROFITS FROM THEM…

In Anti-Spam on January 25, 2011 at 2:56 pm

NANAE and Spamhaus are the internet’s most significant terrorists by
far!  They have been preaching their “permission-based email”
manifesto for years and have made a mess of U.S. Commerce in the
process.  Why is it, with a cause of “no ads”, they still seem to lose
the war.  They chase around smaller email marketing firms calling them
spammers and vile names and attempt to ruin their reputation online,
so what does this do…

Well, since NANAE, the terrorist organization that congregates and
discuss strategies on a Usenet newsgroup at news.admin.net-abuse.email
use terroristic strategies to manipulate the internet audiences
through keyword attacks and reporting tools (reporting falsehoods),
the legitimate email marketer quickly finds themselves in the company
of criminals (this is a very manipulative ploy that initiates the
censorship that follows).  Now that NANAE have manipulated the public
internet and created a market of criminals and associating legitimate
businesses into the same category, they are actually increasing the
market as a whole.

Now that the email marketer has been damaged and other legitimate
businesses are wary of doing business with them, they turn to the only
other LEGAL market available…legitimate UCEs.  Now that they have
actually crossed over into a UCE category due to manipulated facts,
they become targeted by the next group in the racketeering scam, the
“off-shore authority”.

Spamhaus, an organization that is known for their aggressive filters
and lack of respect for American Congressional Acts, now takes over.
They place the IP Addresses and Domains registered to the legitimate
business into their private database (that is not regulated by any
governmental authority) and they identify all the companies’ assets as
“spam”.  So, they chase down the data centers and start identifying
them as “spam services” and NANAE repeats what they did above to
discredit the data center.

So, now they have created a “Housing Facility” for legitimate mailers
that Spamhaus considers “spammers”.  So, the Data Center now has to
deal with criminals signing up for their servers and ruining their
reputation and thus creating a larger scope of “what they call” spam
to be associated with real scammers that have ambiguously signed up
for servers through automated portals.

Now, Spamhaus creates a new listing for the entire data center,
calling it a “spam hotel” as other such words.  They do everything
they can to shut down the upstream that provides the data center
internet connectivity, just as they do the individual that they
targeted that was a legal mailer.

Now, that they have created a much larger scale of “what they call
spam” flowing through the internet, they can scream to the public
about the “cause” and their victims (the U.S. small business) is
caught in the crossfire between them and a legitimate enemy of
criminal spammer and scammers.

This creates an entire market for off-shore providers to peddle all
kinds of virtual products and services and some even using America’s
servers to do it…it is a very large market that has been creating
with the intent to push American revenue into foreign data centers.

Any logical person can see that the “conspiracy” is a true one and,
whether Spamhaus intended for this to be the product of their actions
or it was simply a byproduct that is destroying America’s economy is
yet to be manifested, but the results are still the same…America has
been and is being financially damaged by these online terrorist
groups.

Andrew Stephens – Lessons Learned

In Andrew Stephens on January 18, 2011 at 2:43 am

Alexander Pope once stated…

“A man should never be ashamed to own he has been in the wrong, which is but saying that he is wiser today than he was yesterday.”

This is a statement that Andrew Stephens, President of Integrated Business Technologies, Inc., has taken to heart.

Now in his early 30’s, Andrew has learned to embrace the mistakes he made as a foolish youth as a learning experience.  As a young man, Andrew performed ignorant actions in the hope of maintaining his chosen image as a “gangsta thug” similar to his musical heroes Tupac, Snoop Dog, and Biggie Smalls.  At eighteen years old he did not consider the consequences of his actions.  In a handful of years Andrew managed to earn himself a lengthy criminal record.  Although many of the crimes he was charged with were dismissed from the court, he still considers them to be rocks along the path to wisdom.

After emerging from the darker stretches of his journey to maturity, Andrew was able to take the trials and tribulations of his younger years and the knowledge to use in more productive ways.  Although Andrew had abandoned his old ways of thinking his past mistakes were still affecting his life.  Being unable to secure traditional employment, Andrew opted to go into business for himself.  One of the lessons his past lifestyle had taught him was how to network with other people effectively.

In the field of email marketing in the United States, one must be able to recognize and understand the importance of the 2003 CAN-SPAM Act.  Andrew’s multiple visits to various courthouses taught him how to read and comprehend legal documents.  This became quite useful when it came time for Andrew to learn what the CAN-SPAM Act entailed.  Being able to comprehend this piece of legislature, Andrew is able to ensure all his clients that all emails sent out for their company will be CAN-SPAM compliant.
While there are many people who attempt to hide past indiscretions, Andrew is not one of them.  Although he is not proud of the actions he took he does accept them as the means to gaining the wisdom he has today.

“The past can hurt, but the way I see it is you can either run from it or learn from it.”

Nanae and Spamhaus Are Vigilante Anti-Spammers with Horrible Practices

In Anti-Spam on January 18, 2011 at 1:49 am

THIS THREAD IS OPEN FOR DISTRIBUTION AND I ENCOURAGE VISIBILITY OF THIS DOCUMENT

For those who have never had the pleasure of experiencing a targeted attack from Spamhaus (the good guys remember lol) let me give you a glimpse of how it works:

You disagree with their anti-American and anti-Capitalism ways, and say “screw you, I am a businessman and I sell data, I send legal mail, and until my government tells me what I am doing is wrong, I will do whatever to support my business”. Okay, sounds good right? You should be able to tell them that your government is smart enough and has the right authority to monitor their own commercial email regulations right? No…no..no…not with Spamhaus or Nanae. Nodda, they are not receptive to logic or reason in the least.

They will not allow you to remain dignified. They will employ every tact in the book…literally, to brainwash the members including isolation with alternative lingo, flaming as a team, group incentive and awards, and even redundant tasks. So, the members that have been there for any length of time have been brainwashed into a certain mindset and it is frivolous to attempt to reason with them.

It is also important to note that Spamhaus has no governmental authority, no regulations (that they adhere to), no consequences (ever paid at least), no duty to report truths, no duty to maintain privacy, and over 90% of the admins that participate on Nanae are not in American Data Centers, yet they sell, to American consumers, a service that undermines American values and legislation…a product or service that has no value other than the value that they have created through disinformation to the public from a global media influence.

So, what will they do to you?

Well, they will first SBL your /32 home & office connection and send threat letters to HMA is you use them and you will be cancelled. They will attempt to remove your ability to access the web at all!

Next, they will attack your servers with constant DDoS attacks (the good guys here lol)

Now they will attempt to encrypt a virus onto your server with intent to harvest your data in order to harm you and your customers

Next, they will use the SERP power that the Usenet group has to discredit you and they will not stick to the truth or fact, not in the least. They will round up everyone with your name in the country or State you live in and use all their negative values to discredit you.

They will then create wordpress blogs that cannot be taken down (same tactic we use) to “sell” loads of false information to defame you

They will post hate messages in your name to social networks to troll and cause viral harm.

They will talk about your family, friends, and ancestors in vile ways.

They will create spoof and humor videos to discredit you and post them to media sharing platforms.

These are just a few of their tactics, but they are a pretty effective tactics, so they typically will push a free-speech advocate into hiding. Well, “not I said the pretty brown fly!” I will fight them with money or without it. I will never give them the power to control American communication or American economy through global values. America is not a Global-Thinker…we are innovators, entrepreneurs, corporations, banks, and pure Capitalism.

If Nanae and Spamhaus have a problem with Capitalism, then they have a problem with America. Can-Spam was not created by a private organization…”permission values” were. Our government didn’t tell us how to send a permission-based mailing, they told us how to send UCE’s. So, if you don’t like what Congresss has deemed proper in American commerce, then do not participate…Spamhaus. I hope you read this Steve Linford, Thane, Susan, D Baten, and my ex-partner (who has crossed over to the dark side) Don or, known on BHW as Magelar84 and on Nanae by a similar name.

I didn’t say what I am doing is right or legal, Uncle Sam did! So, if you don’t like it…take it up with him. He is my authority and superior, not Spamhaus or Nanae or even the consumer who wishes they never saw an ad in their life (although that may fuck up the economy a little).

Anyways, it’s obvious that Spamhaus and Nanae are Elitists and want to control global communication to the point that they blacklist for speaking against them, for sending emails they don’t like or in a way they don’t like, for products they don’t like, and they go as far as to attempt to remove your ability to connect to the web.

Now, I ask my fellow Americans and anyone else out there that appreciates Capitalism, is this the way it has worked for the past 100 years? Is this what Henry Ford’s dream has been reduced to? Is this what Vanderbilt, Kirby, Rockerfeller, Carnegie, and our fore fathers had in mind when they established free-trade? You be the judge…I know what free-enterprise means!
